Greetings from Center for Language Education and Cooperation! Thanks for your consistent support and care for the Chinese Program for Foreign Diplomats (CPFD).
We are writing to share the great news about the rapid development of the Chinese Program for Foreign Diplomats (CPFD). From 2010 onward, the CPFD has been organized for 30 consecutive terms, and our Chinese courses and cultural workshops are refreshed and have become more fascinating. To date, over 3,000 diplomats from more than 150 embassies or international organizations have joined us to improve their Chinese language skills. We have developed into a comfortable family, and everyone enjoys their Chinese learning time with Center for Language Education and Cooperation team.
Now, our 31st term will be established on Mar. 14th 2026. If you are ready to challenge yourself and are willing to improve your Chinese level, please log in https://cffd.chinese.cn/classroom/apply to register online. The registration system will open at 8 a.m. on Mar.6th, 2026, and closed at 10 p.m. on Mar. 11th 2026.
Important Notice:
1.This term of the program will be held at the offline venue of Center for Language Education and Cooperation.
2.The program admits 140 students for this session, targeting only foreign diplomats and their spouses stationed in China. The seats will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
3. We encourage you to review the Course Introduction

4.The course charges a registration fee of RMB 100 per person, which must be paid through Alipay at the registration website. Textbooks are purchased by students themselves, and the purchase method will be notified after registration.
5.We will organize the HSK test after the completion of this term's course, and reserve the places of the next term for students who pass the HSK test in this term, the test arrangement and the fee will be further notified.

1，What's the time table and duration of the class?
Starting date:Mar. 14th 2026. Ending date:Jul 4th, 2026.
No classes on Chinese public holidays.
3 hours for each week on every Saturday from 9am to 12am.

Real life topics based on HSK Standard course and self-developed textbook for this program.
3, Can you arrange tailored course on other timeslots?
